Cancellation and Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your slot and allows us to give every client the time and care they deserve.

🔁 Need to reschedule?
We totally get that life happens! You’re welcome to make one change to your appointment date/time — just let us know at least 48 hours in advance. After that, any additional changes will result in the loss of your deposit.

Need to cancel?
If you decide to cancel your appointment altogether, please note that your deposit is non-refundable.
